First off do not wash your hair the day before you have it colored. Allowing your scalp's natural oils to build up before coloring will help protect it. Try not to wash your hair for a few days after coloring so the color will last longer. When you shampoo use cool water and a shampoo that is formulated to lock in color. Shampoo your hair every other day. Hair will build up the natural oils and leave a nice shine for you. Condition hair using a color treated product that is high in quality, ask your stylist to recommend one for you. Once a week you should use a deep conditioning product that will keep your hair vibrant. As you style your hair try not to use high heat, it will make your hair loose the color and then become dull. straight shinny sleek hair
When you want to go dramatic and incredibly sleek! Make sure you have the correct products to perform for your task. First wash and condition your hair with the best products you can buy. Ask a professional for the correct product you need for your type of hair and texture. After washing towel dry your hair. Then add straightening balm to your damp hair. Comb the balm through from scalp to the ends. Now start by sectioning your hair into 5 or 6 sections, pin the hair into place. Start in the back bottom section and work the sections up to the crown. Take your largest round brush and pull the hair down tightly as you can. You should always use the nozzle adapter on your blow dryer to accomplish the best results. The top section is done last because you will over dry your hair by doing it first. That method will be putting you back for time and your hair will loose its shine. The first section should be the front one pull down with your two finger as you did before on the back section. Now take the next section and the next until all has been relaxed. Isn't this fun ha ha, but believe me it works wonders.
